SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shiped via UPS or US Postal Service. Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days if items are in stock. Allow up to two weeks for delivery

UPS Service in the U.S. includes Ground, Two-Day, and Three-Day delivery. UPS requires a street address and will not deliver to a PO Box.

US Postal Service (within the U.S.) Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) or Express Mail (1-2 day delivery). Postal delivery dates vary depending upon the specific address. Postal Service may only be able to guarantee the date ranges set forth above (i.e. not a specific arrival date). Delivery dates for Priority or Express may not be guaranteed to all addresses. Any freight carrier surcharges (such as change of address, incorrect address, refused or undeliverable packages, etc.) will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for all freight charges on parcels shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

RETURNS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RA's will be provided ONLY for damage/defects from manufacturer or wrong item shipped by shipper error. Please check merchandise immediately. NO REFUND. Shipping and Handling fees are Non-Refundable, includes all refused and unaccepted packages. Items must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn,) with the original packaging.

Damaged/Defective items may be returned for store credit or an exchange may be provided (if item is still available for exchange, the item will ship with your NEXT order, shipping costs is the customers responsibility). Please call or e-mail us to notify us within 2 business days from the delivered date of any damaged/defective items. Items must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn,) with the original packaging.

Please submit via e-mail or fax, 2 pictures of the damage. Picture #1 should show a close-up of the damage and Picture #2 should be of the complete item. Include your invoice #, style #, color, size and how many pieces damaged, and if you would like an exchange or replacement. Final RA approval is provided upon review of photos.

I was sent a style or color I did not order! Please let us know within 2 business days from the delivered date and we will send you a return label and process a store credit for the wrong item once it has been received. Items must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn,) with the original packaging. If you would like the correct item shipped, please let us know and we will ship the correct item with your NEXT order (subject to product availability, (shipping costs is the customers responsibility). When returning the item, please make sure items are returned in its original condition with original packaging. Items returned outside its original condition / packaging and incomplete packs will not be accepted, no credit will be given and you will have to pay to have items shipped back to you.
